Our experience working with self-directed programs inform comprehensive training program options. We can design programs from the ground up or work to improve existing programs. We enjoy creating live or web-based training solutions for program staff, support coordinators, case managers, or self-directed participants, their families, and their workers.
We provide continuous training that improves customer satisfaction and program results.
Training different learning styles.
Our training solutions include written materials, tests, presentations, videos, and more for program participants. We also provide orientation-training modules for program participants, caregivers, and their families. We don’t stop there, for our state and Managed Care Organization partners, we are happy to provide training on EVV, or our advanced Case Management Portal.
