In preparation for phase two go-live, coming in May 2022, Palco is hosting several training sessions to prepare stakeholders for what’s to come. Training sessions will be individualized for each user group and will be broken out into specific topics.

Training video recordings will be grouped by the audience and published to these pages as trainings commence.
In addition to the training opportunities, Palco staff will offer live Question and Answer (Q&A) sessions specific to each of the groups listed above. This will give you an opportunity to call in and ask questions about a recent training session you attended or watched and get clarification on specific areas of interest.
