Chanda Center Remote Services Program

The Chanda Center in collaboration with Palco, is now offering a remote option for eligible CIH Waiver members who reside outside of a 30-mile radius of the Chanda Center for Health clinic in Lakewood, CO. Through this program, waiver participants can receive services from a qualified and approved vendor/provider of their choosing to access Chiropractic, Massage and Acupuncture services. The information below will support the enrollment process and provide resources for waiver participants and vendors to be successful in accessing this new service delivery option!
