Everything You Need to Know About Payday with Palco

Are you wondering how to find your pay details, review your tax withholdings, or change your direct deposit information? All of this information, and even more, can be found in Connect.

It is important you review all of your information on file with Palco regularly to ensure it is correct and up to date. Please review your pay details, tax withholdings, address, and deposit information for accuracy on a regular basis and keep Palco informed if anything needs changing via the resources and instructions below.


What is Connect?

Connect is Palco’s online portal for Employers and Workers. Connect provides everything a self-directing employer or worker may need right at their fingertips! Some features of Connect include the ability to access enrollment documents, track and monitor spending, update your information and W-2s, and view paystubs.


Today is Payday! How Do I View My Paystub in Connect?

Step One: Go to Connect and log in.

Step Two: Once you are logged in, select the “Pay History” option from the top of the screen. Then, click “Payroll” from the dropdown options.

Step Three: Expand the stub information by clicking anywhere in the white box.

Step Four: Once expanded, click on View Statement in the bottom right corner.


Where Can I View and Download My W-2 or Other Documents?

Workers can view and download their past and present W-2 Tax Documents, as well as other documents and forms, by clicking “Documents” on the top of the page. Once here, select the document you wish to view.

Once you select a document, another window will open. You can then view, download, and print the document.
