Exciting News: Michigan EVV Training Sessions Are Here!

Calling all Summit Pointe members and providers, Join us for training!

We’re thrilled to announce that Palco is launching training sessions to help you get up to speed with our new Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) tools via Palco Connect. As of September 1st 2024, all in-home care providers for Summit Pointe must use EVV to record all shifts with Palco. Our training will make this transition easy!

We are offering multiple sessions to accommodate busy schedules.

  • Creating a Palco Connect log in
  • Adding the Palco Connect web app on your phone
  • Allowing “Current Location” access for the app
  • Submitting a Timesheet
  • Approving a Timesheet
  • Troubleshooting

What is EVV?

Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) is a validation of the date, time, location, type of Personal Care or Home Health Care Services provided, and the individual(s) providing and receiving services. This information helps to ensure that beneficiaries, clients, or participants receive the expected care.

How do I prepare?

Bring your enthusiasm to training and we’ll handle the rest! If you would like to review the EVV training materials in advance, you can visit the Palco Michigan program page where they will be posted prior to trainings.
