CO CDASS MMES Now Available Digitally
The Monthly Client Expenditure Statement (MMES) for each member is now electronically available in the Palco Case Management Portal (CMP) and in Connect for CDASS employers! The MMES provides a breakdown of spending and remaining monthly reserve funds for CDASS employers to be able to correctly monitor and manage their budget.
Case Managers & Supervisors
The Monthly Client Expenditure Statement (MMES) for each member is now electronically available in the Palco Case Management Portal (CMP)! The MMES provides a breakdown of spending and remaining monthly reserve funds for CDASS employers to be able to correctly monitor and manage their budget. After logging in to CMP, you can access the MMES by searching for the Member’s profile and then navigating to “Account Info” from the left tool bar and clicking on the “MMES” subtab. Effective January, the MMES will no longer be emailed to Case Managers.
Employers

The MMES provides a breakdown of spending and remaining monthly reserve funds for you to be able to correctly monitor and manage your budget. After logging in to Connect, you can access the MMES by navigating to “Spending” from the top tool bar and clicking on “MMES.” For additional information on accessing the electronic MMES in Connect, click here.
Your MMES is accessible 24/7 and will update with the previous month’s utilization by the 15th of each month. Data shown will always be limited to only the services that have been processed and paid. The MMES utilization will update after every payroll.
